Friends don’t let friends sweat alone.
We offer an extensive group class schedule — all taught by our highly-trained, energetic instructors.
Pilates Mat 1
Perfect for those of you who are new to Pilates or have not worked out in some time. We cover all of the fundamentals and basic level mat exercises, creating a great foundation of core strength.
Pilates Mat 2
For those of you looking to step up to the next level. We usually recommend at least ten beginner classes before progressing, but this can be discussed with your instructor. Pilates Mat 2 builds upon the exercises practiced in Mat 1 with additions and more challenging variations.
Pilates Mat 3
For the seasoned Pilates student, step right up and join this class. This is the class for those of you who have been coming for quite some time and have a strong working understanding of Pilates, including the names of the exercises. Check with your instructor to see if you are eligible.
We take the original Joseph Pilates mat exercises and spice them up a little bit. With the use of props — like magic circles, small weights, weighted poles, stability balls, and bosu balls — you will feel the burn! Intermediate to advanced students.
We like to call this class Pilates du Jour! Whatever the instructor has up her sleeve is what the theme of the class is going to be. This is for those of you who love surprises. One day might be magic circle, the next straight mat work, the next technique. You just never know. Intermediate to advanced students.
If you are looking for long lean muscles, to tone up trouble areas, and to rev your heart rate, come to barre. You will work strength, cardio, and flexibility all in one single class. All levels welcome.
This is a semi private class on the Pilates apparatus. We rotate between chair, tower, and reformer. This class maxes out at 3 people, so a reservation is required. You must have completed a minimum of three private lessons or have prior equipment experience to enroll.
