Y’all! How is it December already?!
This year has truly flown by! And we are right smack in the middle of holiday season. Between shopping for gifts, family get togethers, parades, holiday parties, & traveling… It seems impossible to make time to keep up your workouts. BUT THERE IS ALWAYS TIME, AFTER ALL…ITS ONLY 1 HOUR OF YOUR DAY 🙂 Why not take that 1 hour to destress a bit, get stronger, and maybe feel a little better in that holiday dress!
A FEW HELPFUL TIPS:
– SIGN UP FOR CLASS AHEAD OF TIME! It will hold you more accountable. “Think of your workouts as important meetings you’ve scheduled with yourself. Bosses don’t cancel.”
-PACK A BAG! Keep a bag in your car with your work out essentials. So you can’t let yourself use the excuse of “going ALL the way back home” to get clothes.
– DONATE TO CHARITY WHILE WORKING OUT! During the month of December we are donating to Toys for Tots! Bring an unwrapped toy for a less fortunate child when you come to class. For every toy you donate, you will receive 1 FREE EQUIPMENT CLASS in your account (max. 3 classes)! Yes, you can earn up to 3 free equipment classes in December. TRISH’S BABY SPRINKLE!
We are foregoing Barre class on Monday evening, December 12th, to shower our Lovely Barre Instructor, Trish with some love, before she has her 2nd baby girl! Please join us at the studio, for some cocktails, cupcakes, and maybe a little barre burn at 6pm, December 12th!
